I never applied for GCMS notes. I called IRCC and spoke to an agent once on Feb 16, 2022. At the time I was told that eligibility is not started, criminality is in progress (security and info sharing not started). But after PR approval I can see that everything (background check) was passed on Mar 4th, 2022. And as per the agent, primary VO was Edmonton and secondary VO was Etobicoke.

CEC Inland (applied from within Quebec, then moved to Ontario during the process)
AoR: October 18 2021
Medicals/Bil (Upfront Medical from Jun 22 2021) and Bil from previous WP): Nov 18 2021

GU (first and only): March 10 2022 (Background changed to "Processing")
Portal email: March 15 2022 (responded same day, confirming I'm in Canada)
Portal Credentials: March 17 2022
Uploaded address and photo on: March 18 2022
eCoPR: March 24 2022
Photo in review, waiting for PR card.
Called IRCC to check the status and ask about VO in January: They told me nothing has started yet and the VO was Edmonton.
Then, received the update and eCoPR from Etobicoke.
I wish good luck and ease of mind to everyone waiting for an update/confirmation.

I have received my ITA In June 2021 and then uploaded all my required documents on 31-August-2021. I already done with my biometrics . Its been 7 months completed on 31 march.
Contacted ircc being told that application is under process and still doing background check.

My medical check still pending, I am waiting for second pass since January 31 (I used an old medical check). Does anyone know what options should I press when I call to get to an agent?
This thread was so silent than others, yeah it's better to reach out to an agent to see what's happening. With my experience 2 (without UCI), options 1 2 0 helped to be in the queue
What is the best time to call them? I am trying to get in contact since 8 am and no luck. It seems like they move most of the people to answer calls from Ukraine.
