If you just got hte AOR it can take several days for them to update the system that allows you to link.

I'm actually doing this second application (Jan. 2022) for my friend (the sponsor) and her husband (p.a.). The other one was for my husband (Aug. 2021) and it's finalized already.
Hello! I'm new to this forum, I was wondering if anyone else has heard anything about their OWP? Today I got my Pre-Arrival Letter (even though I'm already in Toronto) but I heard that getting the pre-arrival is a good sign that they've gone through the Eligibility check already?
My closed work permit expired Jan 9th so I'm on implied status until the OWP comes through

My PR isn't approved yet, I've only received a pre-arrival letter (which isn't applicable for me anyway as I'm inland)
Do you think so? That would be awesome! But I wont get my hopes up just in case haha.

Update from me! My PR tracker updated to Eligibility completed / approved today. Although it changed today it looks like the date it was actually approved was April 11th (The day they sent out my pre-arrival letter)

Hi guys, I was checking our application status earlier and it says "Decision Made" under Sponsorship Application Status and "In Process" under Permanent Residence Application Status. Does "Decision Made" mean the sponsor is approved? We also received the Pre-Arrival Letter today, which doesn't really apply to us since my partner is already in Canada.
Inland applicants will get pre-arrival letter as well, so SA is now complated then it's gonna be background check left.
You can also check the status in PR tracker or in your account if you linked it
Hi, I just wanted to ask if we can provide photos of wedding/engagement etc. in a compiled pdf instead of printing it and writing it on the back. We are submitting an online application, so I don't see why we need to print, write and scan it just to upload it in a digital format? Has anyone done this with their online application? Would love to hear from you. Thank you.
