Application Action Shows "Pending". I didn't make a payment. When i reload the page i couldn't find the payment section.

Application Action Shows "Pending". I didn't make a payment. When i reload the page i couldn't find the payment section.
How can i make the payment? I couldn't find any buttons to make the payment. That application actions shows "Pending".
Can anyone help me here? Thanks
