Guys, my lawyers submitted my application last week but document checklist was not attached - online/outland. Is document checklist a mandatory document and I can expect the application to be returned?

Yes, it is mandatory. You could try sending via webform to have them add it to your file. It may work, or may get returned.

We are Nigerian and my file was transfer to VO in Ghana Accra but presently am not in Nigeria i applied from Europe were am studying and my spouse is base in Canada?his this the right procedure or it’s a mistake on the part of IRCC

There are at least 150 of us from Oct-Dec 2021 still waiting for AOR so it isn't abnormal.
