Hello dear frinds can I travel to my back home country I’m Pr and my father sponsor me . He was refuge . And how long I can Istay outside of Canada with my PR ? I want to get married and sponsor my wife during her application can I leave Canada if yes how long ?

Since you were a dependent in your father's application, you can travel to your home country.
You have to live in Canada for 2 out of every 5 rolling years in order to meet the residency requirement and keep your PR status.
To sponsor your spouse for PR, you must be living in Canada and you must continue living in Canada while the application is processed and until it is approved. You can take a few short trips outside of Canada (e.g. 3 weeks) while the application is being processed. However you cannot leave for long periods of time since sponsorship requires you to be living in Canada and the application will be canceled if you spend too much time outside of Canada.
