Express Entry - IRCC asked for additional documents but no place to upload

Hello Guys - Would appreciate it if someone can help me. I submitted my first Express Entry file in Match 2020 which got rejected because I couldn't upload WES documents. I applied again in Sep 2020 and ticked "Yes" to the question where they asked if I have received rejection earlier. After that last week, I got an update from IRCC asking me to upload Schedule A, Proof of Funds, and Explanation Letter as to a detailed reply why I mentioned yes to that question. When I logged in to my CIC account and under "View additional documents" I saw three blank spaces to upload these three documents. After 3-4 days when I got these documents ready, I can only see two blank spaces to upload these documents. I merged these and clicked Next. Now I can see the "Explanation letter" column blank - as If I have not uploaded the explanation to their question. It has already been 4- days and I want to submit these documents asap, can someone please guide me on How can I submit these documents?

So you had a submitted profile not an invitation, correct? If so you have never had a rejection. A rejection is when you get an ITA or apply for a visa, and IRCC determines that you are not eligible/meet criteria and are refused a permit or PR.

Yes I completely understand now. But my file is in final stage now where IRCC is asking everyone to fill in Schedule A and other documents. My worry is I cant find a seperate slot to upload "Additional client information" which they have asked for. And if I merge and upload then on the next page it shows "client information" is not uploaded...

Hi!

Your application has not been rejected, it was just incomplete the first time you created the profile. The answer should be no when it asks if you have been rejected. Is there an additional information section? If there's you could upload the documents there. You could put in a webform herehttps://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Application and upload the documents there.
