So if you are applying for PR then you have an ITA. Or are you submitting a profile to wait for an ITA. If submitting a profile then yes.

Not sure what you mean.

So you are in Canada working and need LMIA/closed work permit to continue working? Or need LMIA for points. If you get LMIA then you can add points to profile. Your profile is good for one year.

I have PGWP. I gained the one year already and submitted my profile but because there is no ITA since September my current employer willing to do LMIA.

When does your PGWP expire? Your employer needs to post the job and prove that no Canadian or PR applied and can do the job. Then employer pays $1k and files for the LMIA. Assume it is a skilled job.

Yes, she needs to post it to job bank (and more). She needs to follow the LMIA advertising requirements or the LMIA is going to be refused.

It depends on how you apply for PR. If you apply through Express Entry, then yes, you wait for ITA. If you apply through PNP, then you apply through the province and wait for a nomination.
