Hi, No reply yet.
Oh! I hope you hear something soon.
I am stuck in same situation but I came back when I got the email.

Now I am questioning my decision. Also, I noticed that email I got this time from IRCC office, it has an attachment and the attachment is very generic. It has no name or my UCI or application number in it. unlike the one I got when I got invitation for the test.

Did your letter have your personal info in it?

They sent me another email last night requesting my passport scans
Are you still outside like me?

Yeh I am still outside and my previous email to them was to allow me to take oath from outside, but they didn’t reply to that. Just sent me another email requesting passport scans. I’m Trying to figure out what this means exactly…

They probably forwarded the scans to the Registar of Canadian Citizenship who's the decision maker on this. IRCC can't decide on this. Just wait for their decision. What was the reason you gave them? Covid?

That and the fact that the borders were closed at the time they sent me an email.

Dears: Please I need your urgent help

  • I landed Alberta in May 2015 with family.
  • Family (wife and kids) Got Citizenship in 2018.
  • Because I traveled I applied for Citizenship in Feb 2019 after I complete 1,102 days.
  • I got the interview with the Citizenship officer in august 2019.
  • During my interview with the Officer, she is blaming because I travel and why I did not find a job in Canada and she was very aggressive with me.
    • After I am staying the 1,102 days and after the interview I continue to travel and come and back to my family in Canada every 3monthes and stay 2 to 3 months with family.
    • In the airports of Montreal /Toronto they always send me to another officer to ask me why I travel and few of them they asked me, do you maintain your residency obligation and I said yes.
    • In early 2020 I contact the MP and the IRCC reply to him that my file is non routine and need to review by specialist officer and the file has ben transfer to Montreal for that reason.
    • Because I didn’t get any positive feedback from IRCC ( the normal answer is file in process).
    • On 10 November 2021 I decided to send an email to CJ in Montreal, so I got the 5 CJ emails from the IRCC Montreal office and send to them a complain about my files.
    • On 11 November I got an email from IRCC with the Questioner about my physical presence.
    • I submitted RQ along with the support documents.
    • In September 2022 I get the invitation for the hearing with the Judge in Alberta and the judge stay with me 3h with nonstop questions regarding every things and after that the judge told me that I am ok with your Physical presence in Canada and your calculation and documents are ok with me .
    • The judge said I need 60 days to write my report and I will send to the officer in Montreal and the Montreal officer need 30 days , the judge said the officer have the right to approved or reject my decision .
    • Yesterday 22 November 2022 I talked to IRCC officer via Call center to check my and she told me that my file has been send to Montreal office on 15 November to decision and schedule for the oath .

    • My question is >> does the officer have the right to refused my Citizenship after the positive feedback of the judge ?
    • Also , if the officer approved the judge decision , do you think they will inviting me to the oath soon or will takes long time ?
  • I am outside Canada and the IRCC are know that , and for sure I need to be in Canada for the oath , but I am still have 45 days only to keep my citizenship obligation ( 730 days) I have now 775 days , do you think if they delay my oath and I consume the 45 days I losing the Citizenship ?

I can't really go into specifics, will only answer this.
Yes, your application can only be approved if you're a PR, if there is a breach in your in your PR residence requirement, there may be a need to access whether you can keep your PR status or not, which will then determine whether you can be granted a Canadian citizenship, and will obviously delay things even more.
Regardless of when the Montreal IRCC office sends you an oath invitation, make sure to come back to Canada before there's a residency breach.
