Seen people have their file finalised in less than 12months. The advantage of this processing time is that, you can send webform to IRCC if its been over 15months and no update. They will have your file expidited. I think the decrease in PT is a positive development and advantage to applicants.

May I know what is your triaged and APP Reason ? Is it still in INVENTORY-CP or IN PROGRESS-CP ?

eligibility not started.

Decision will be issued by Niagara Office because if medical ground involved only Vancouver ans Niagara can decide.

you are lucky Niagara Falls office has higher approval chances then other office

Processing Time for H and C has changed to 15 Months.

That good news but I have not seens people receiving AIP in 2022 which is worrying me.

i have been reading the forum for a while. it is speeding up since 2021. but all the applicants from 2018 had experienced the most difficult journey, at least half of them had waited for 3 years.
Every time i am stressed i think of them, how they overcame the time and struggle.
then i felt lucky enough.
