OMG, waiting for this passport is killing me. How long does it take to put a stamp in a passport, this is annoying.

When me husband dropped off the passport we didn't hear anything for about 10 days on the 10th day he sent an email on the web form if it's normal to wait this long to get a passport stamped 2 days later they emailed and texted him that he can pick his passport up (maybe try emailing them on the web form might help to push them a bit LOL) I hope u hear something soon (hugs)

Which visa office?

NYVO - New York. I know the delay was caused by us for not first paying the fees to VFS so I can't blame IRCC for the delay.

My husband reached someone at VFS about a week ago and she asked him to call by today so he's going to try. He had to wait for about 1 hour on hold before reaching someone. I think we might have to wait until April 7th...its ok I know its going to happen but I'm just anxious to see him. Thanks everyone.

No nothing after background check completed and COPR # .
But it does shows decision made on the old one!

Yes it will work, IRCC consider PCC validity 12 months.

Do you know if they have transfered your file back to India or any other Visa Office?. You should start inquiries via local MP if you haven’t done yet.

Decision Made yesterday and counterfoil info. entered on GCkey...I assume passport will be dispatched this week.

I will be extremely excited once passport is in hand....we are close.
