1. You should provide both

2. As long as they are on official letterhead or downloaded from the online account, that will be fine.

3. Anything deposits beyond the 6 months do not matter. Large deposits are anything that is usually not deposited in your account. Eg. if your salary is the largest deposit every month, then anything more than that is a large deposit. See a large deposit as an unusual one, which normally doe snot occur in your account.
Thank you for your help as always!

agreed. but i am in canada. i had workpermit but i had to fly back to india right before covid and got stuck there so i applied pr via fsw. 481 crs score. i got invitation aor and biometrics medical done. my workpermit expired iin aug 21 yet but before expiry i applied for bridging open workpermit. it got refused because they said documentation wasnt submitted but i did. so i applied for restoration of status and processing time is 135 days. im waiting for the decision and i dont really know what to do
If you applied under FSW, it doesn't matter where you are. Their system doesn't allow to differentiate between inland and outland; FSW is always outland for them.

Good day house

Please your response to my enquiry would be appreciated.

My newborn's (who was added to my application on Feb 25) upfront Medical, done Nov18 and submitted along with other documents for him to be added, is yet to be updated. I called IRCC agent and they said the medical was received by the Case Processing Centre on March 21st (10days ago).

Any idea how long it would take for it to be processed and updated?

@legalfalcon after more than a year i got a document from ircc asking me the following :
RCMP Criminal Record Check: If your residence period in Canada has been six months or longer
since the age of 18, provide a certified criminal record check.
Click the following link for more information: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cr-cj/fing-empr2-eng.htm
—> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please note that you must provide details since the age of 18 or the past 10 years. Be sure to not leave any gaps.
—> Additional Family Information IMM 5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM 5406) bearing an original signature. Must include the names of both parents and siblings, if applicable.

is this because i moved to canada last year on a study permit? What is the rcmp process? Does it mean my background and criminality has began?

Hello everyone! I read few moments ago that IRCC updated the processing times tool to provide more accurate information so thought of sharing. (https://www.cicnews.com/2022/03/ircc-updates-processing-times-tool-to-provide-more-accurate-information-0324031.html#gs.vc1q6d).

I checked for FSW via https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html and it does shows an updated figure here than the default "6 months".

For FSW as of March 31 this tool shows 27 Months :(

Disclaimer: I have not gone into the details of the changes, how the new calculation is different from previous one and most importantly what it means for many of us getting ADR's etc. If anybody delves into such details, I myself will be thankful to know.

Calculation is done based on moving average. 27 months sounds correct, more or less. That just means that BASED on their previous processing timeline, they predict that 27 months is how long it will take to finalize the applications. Considering the fact, that Marco and crew did jack shit during 2021, that number checks out.

Give it couple more months. Let's see if it goes down.

For Jan 2021 AORs; has anyone got an upfront medical done and send it via webform?

I have not yet received the remedical request. However, one of the immigration consultant informed me that getting an upfront medical and sending details through webform can significantly improve the processing time for the file.

Any thought?

Dear members and @legalfalcon specifically, need Your valuable input:

just got request for IMM5669 and police certificate for me and my wife - we‘ve got police certificates which we’ve obtained in December 2021 are they good to go? Or I should request the new one? In this case waiting time could be long

we’ve added our baby month ago, passed the medicine week ago and it’s all passed now.

all In all, is it a good sign?

Russia, right? Waiting time for PCC is 30 days but you never know with those guys. I would order a new one. Your PCC has to be valid for 6 months and in your case, it's not expired. What I would do, if I were you, I would order a new PCC; if you get it in time, then upload it. Otherwise, upload what you have right now (the one issued in December) with a short letter of explanation, saying that you ordered a new PCC but it might take longer than 30 days to be issued. Once you get a new one, just send a webform.

It should wake them up.
I did the same and got ADRs shortly afterwards

have your medical done in america and send it to them
they may not ask why you are doun in america but in case they asked just let them know what happened
the second option is also to get the medical exam done in america and while sending the result to them ad a LOF letter of explanation ( explaining why you are doing it from america)
