I came to Canada in 2019 on my own with a close work permit as a food service supervisor. 2 years later I got married and I hade to move with my wife and since I have a close work permit so I hade to apply for an open work permit as well with my PR as a spousal sponsorship..
Now things get changed and I feel it's impossible for me to continue in this marriage due to lots of things and my life became very very sad with her.
Now I want to cancel.the spousal sponsorship before it gets approved..but I already got then open work permit.
My question is can I apply for my PR again with the open work permit that I got even if I can't extend it after divorce when it's expired ? Or do I have to use my own close work permit for that

If you cancel the sponsorship application, your open work permit will remain valid until the expiry date. You can continue working on the OWP and then apply for PR on your own through an economic immigration stream.

So later do I have to apply for my PR through that OWP or do i have use my original close work permit and transfer it to a new employer and apply for my PR ?

I don't really understand your question.

It will depend on how you apply for PR and if this method requires employer sponsorship (also if you want to claim points for having a job offer).
