Medicals for Outland Spousal Sponsorship within Canada

Hello guys,

Please I need help on what to do.
I applied for TRV before putting in for my Outland sponsorship application
The TRV was approved

But the matter now is that I got a notification for Medical Request a day to my flight to Canada.
I can't cancel my flight anymore because of the shortness of time.

Can I proceed to do my medical in Canada with no implicationis on my spousal sponsorship application?
