Does CEC combine accumulated work experience under different NOC codes/Types?

I have 8 mon Type A working experience. Then I changed my employer, now I have 5 mon of Type C working experience. So can I claim a combined 13 months of working experience for EE as CEC?

NOC C doesn’t count for CEC, only NOC A, B or 0.

So it will be good if i apply for EE and PNP together with type A 8month and type B 5 months. Am i correct?

If your employment letters match the NOC then yes. Not sure when and if CEC draws will resume.
