yes most of them process within 8-9 months it really depends on the application complexity

Has anyone submitted immigration forms or documents via IRCC webform and signed them electronically without printing them and IRCC accepted them? Is this allowed?

The way you guys answer questions like you are VO or otherwise. I have friends with their Visa office in Accra and some have been waiting three years and two years to have the files of their dependants finalized. Not one nor two and then you come here to say emphatically "Most of them". Going forward always speak of what you know and never generalize.

buddy, accara is the worse visa office for processing applications. Most of them don't take 3 years to finalize.

You should print and sign them by pen to be on the safe side. Don't take any risk, because you don't want your application returned.

Question to experts or someone on the same boat, one of friend received PR card today, but didn't receive any information about his dependants yet !! Any idea when his dependants will receive any updates, his dependants visa office is Singapore

Timelines: PR Application: February 2021,
PR portals invitation: January 26, 2022, eCOPR: February 9, 2022,
PR Card: March 25, 2022.

No he doesn't need to attach the PR copy just stating the name of the dependent oversea is enough. It may take 2 to 3 business days to get reply. You're welcome.
