there are so many, i guess depend on your beget. if you fall in the criteria of low income then i suggest you should go with LEGAL AID. they will cover everything, and plus point when legal service will pay they will keep an eye on it too. this is what i felt.

Some lawyer do send all thing to speed up the process but it’s not required
When you get approval first stage they will asked for the 3 steps
1 medical
2 background
3 financial statements or paystub
4 security will be done by IRCc

the best argument support family and friends
Like good job history good tenants history
Community work voluntary work support letters from friends and family pictures

that’s fine all these documents are good for one year if your application been in process more then one year then you have to submit it again otherwise your good to go
