My medicals expires in 12th August 2022. Do you think there is a chance that I get PR before that?

Ours will also expire in Nov 16, 2022.

I don't think so, however I've heard they might extend your medical.

Unfortunately not. But I've read on IRCC's website, that in some cases medicals might be extended.
If you search on their website, you probably find.
