super visa for parents - need help

Hello,

Can anybody help me with the following questions please:

1) Is it possible to apply for super visa on behalf of my parent from Canada?
2) If yes, do I need to create a new account in cic or use mine?
3) Can I pay the application fees from within Canada?

1) Is it possible to apply for super visa on behalf of my parent from Canada? Yes, get them to sign the use of representative form
2) If yes, do I need to create a new account in cic or use mine? Create a new account for your parents and in their name (one parent's name is enough)
3) Can I pay the application fees from within Canada? Yes
