Got 493 when I received my ITA in September 2020. Outlander and got C2 in TCF, B2 in IELTS, 2 diploma with one as 4 years study, 38 years old, at least 3 years experience and got my wife to score high in TCF-CANADA.

Whoever want to do à French test would advise to go for TCF-CANADA instead of TEF-CANADA.

In my opinion, you can send a performance request but delay the Mandamus until at least you reach the 24th month of AOR.

I strongly believe that the IRCC is moving forward with the FSW applications and yours could be finished around the corner, especially if its not complex. I really don't advise to use Mandamus as a bluff though. Depending on how much you value Canada, a little more waiting can't hurt you.

somewhere on ircc official site / ircc's tweets i read if there's a third country involved in the history of an applicant then it's tier 1 complexity starting from tier 0. tier levels are my way of explaining stuffs hehe. I do have several countries involved in my personal history too. More than 4 PCC's out of which one is from the GCC where i stayed for more than 5 months but under visitor status so no pcc will be issued, so attached on the application, a copy of the country's consulate's response to my pcc request that they won't issue one. So yes i assume mine will be a tier 2 complex file.

Could it be that they issued all the PPRs that were processed before the Ukraine episode? And now we are starting to see the results of the halt in processing due to the Ukraine episode?
