Closed Work Permit

Please help me.

I am Assad, living and working in Dubai, one agent from India has work permit, he is asking for 16las Indian rupees, Payment on reach, But a demand draft would be signed before starting process between agent and applicant and demand draft would be handover in Canada once reached. He is saying that job is for General worker, no interview and IELTS is required, only matric Education is required.
LMIA and job offer is already available from Employer, need to put only application detail in offer letter, after submission of form through CIC account and biometric, W1 visa would be issued in 21 days,
Forms submission biometric would be done from Canada embassy in Malaysia, i need to visit Malaysia first.
Accommodation charges in Malaysia and ticket from Malaysia to Canada would be paid by Employer.

Please advice what i should do?

Fake. No employer will ask for money nor pay for accommodation and tickets to Canada. No way visa can be issued in 21 days.

Thanks for your words, I don't have any direct relation with employer, and i also don't know employer, agent is asking for money on reach, same question i also asked from agent that work visa processing time from Malaysia is two to three months which is also showing on official site, he said it would be done in 2-3 week with guaranteed.
