Timeline for RTD applications - For urgent travel reasons

How you did epost. I mail them and called to make it urgent 2 months they didnt process. No update
I sent them a message March 10, 2022 thought the web form. I told them why i needed the td urgently, plus proof.
Literary the next day they sent me an epost link to send my application.
March 13 i sent everything, and by march 18 i got the td.
I did exactly the same thing 6 times with the letter of my mother's doctor stating she's in a ICU and I need to come ASAP, I attached that leter each time, they never sent me the epost link
Hi, when you call them, how did you make it urgent, and did they tell you your application is in the que? Thanks
Hi, Sent a webform and 3 days later i received a call from them on April 12,
Uploaded documents on April 13 via epost
My references received a call April 19
my travel date was April 30 and up to now I havnt received the RTD.
I cant reach them via phonecall, what should i do?
