Hello everyone
I got an offer letter from St. Clair College in IBM- logistics in April 2021 for Fall 2021. My file is still under process in embassy and suddenly I got an email from college saying that my offer letter has been revoked!
This is very shocking as I have already submitted my file with this offer letter.
Is there anyone with same problem? Or can someone suggest me what to do?

Sort it out with your college, there must have been some mix up. Happened to me once from a US university.

A guy I know had a similar situation with this college. The college had postponed his offer to the winter 2022 intake, however; fortunately, he got his study permit before the postponement, and informed IRCC once he got his passport stamped because this would delay his studies to more than 150 days.

I would advice you to have a conversation with them, and if it seems it won’t work out the way you planned. Get another admission for winter 2022 and notify IRCC ( only if you decided to proceed with the same application ).

If you no longer want to proceed with this college, cancel your SP application (and make sure it is canceled because it takes time) then get another admission from another college such as Fanshawe College in London,ON and apply for a new SP application.

Don’t panic, shit happens but take the advantage.

Thanks a lot. I have sent an email to college if they can defer to next intake. But its really frustrating!

I dont think you should proceed with this, I have never seen any college revoke offers because of seat availability. pls change to some other college if refund is possible

I had previously enquired with St Clair College about a program and got a reply that the program is not even running any longer!
Yet they still have it displayed on their website !!

It does not seem to be a very professional, on the dot school to me.

Wow, these colleges are getting even wilder. So many getting their offers revoked on the fly. Shows they are just money-making degree mills.

Lots of the colleges are doing this!! They give more offers than seats, make you pay non-refundable deposits and them kick you off for not getting SP on time.

yeah
They even denied to give deferred offer letter. They don’t reply to emails dude. You have to get an offer from other college.

I had a similar situation with this college. The college had postponed my offer. It was a shitty period; however, fortunately, I got my study permit before the postponement. I applied for criminal justice at ASA College Miami, they postponed my offer, and the cause was that they didn't have enough spots. I was aware that it's one of the best courses in all country but didn't expect that it could obstacle my future. Now I'm very satisfied, and it's a pleasure to go to college every morning studying what I have wanted for years, from my very childhood.
