However Lazy and Slow IRCC are.. They are returned a $100. Very Professional and Ethical! but still Lazy and Slow!!

I applied a couple of weeks before him, why did he get $100 refunded and I get only $75? Isn't it based on the delay time? 25% refund if the delay is under 4 months, and 50% if the delay is more than 4 months?

Don’t think your application is in trouble ….
Just because your application is FINE, that’s why they only refunded you the extra and keep the $630

Today when I check my credit card bill, I found $100 refund from IRCC on March 14, anyone know what’s that for? Seems like I am in trouble for this application…

What? Nobody is refunding you because of a delay. The $630 application fee does not guarantee that you will receive any kind of good or fast service or that they will even care about your file. That person got a $100 refund because they mistakenly paid $100 more than the $630 application fee.

If you paid more than $630, you made a mistake, there is no doubt about it, as thousands of people have paid only $630.

I also got my test invitation and fingerprint request emails yesterday.

Btw for the fingerprints, would getting fingerprints done at the RCMP be faster than the accredited offices? Otherwise, planning to go to F1.

Does anyone got their Indian passport renewed while their citizenship application is in process.
have you got it done in tatkal? Or through regular process ?
Also once you got the new passport (renewed passport) did you reach out to ircc with the new details ?
please provide some inputs.

I did apply for my wife, received the new passport and already sent the details to IRCC via web form. But alas, no response yet or movement on our citizenship file...
