Does it make sense to apply for a crisis webform if the processing times goes over 99days (as listed for india)?

Apply gcms notes if you actually want to check the status of your file. Most of the people here are getting results in 3-4 months of the biometric.
They haven't provided any specific definition of what a crisis situation is, but processing times over 99days in itself is not a crisis situation in my opinion.

I applied for my parents on December 11.2021. Biometrics were done on august 06.2021.
so change in status after that.
Now processing time is showing 106 days. I don’t know how long more to wait.

I have applied for my parent's visitor visa in Dec2021 (GC KEY) they have done their BIo next week 5-Jan-2022-since then no update on their file. also, I have noticed still it's showing we have not received the biometrics I have sent webform. however, they mentioned a generic reply. showing background check started. Is anyone in the same situation. ?

If the biometric number is updated on the top then your are fine, it's a glitch of GC key system that the message still shows we have not received the biometrics even when the biometrics are updated.

Re-applied for my parents visitor visa on December 11,2021.
Biometrics were done on august 06.2021 and it’s also updated on their file.
But I have seen no update so far., saw lots of December approvals coming. So hopefully it may take a week or two more.
