you only need the email if you are doing test from outside, since you need email id to notify the local office, otherwise just sign in using your application & UCI and do the testOk. Yes I paid $730.you probably paid $630 + a $100 for your application. Am I right or Wrong ?

because you added Citizenship Certificate (proof of citizenship) which is $75 over $630 .. simple mathI got $75, I can't remember if I were supposed to get a refund, it's strange.
