Hi all !
I applied for Canada Student Visa but got PFL stating that IRCC has found my degrees to be fraudulent. I replied IRCC with the help of a Lawyer with additional documents and also my WES evaluation which I got completed an year ago as earlier I was applying through EE but didn't received the ITA.
It has been more than a month but I have still not received any reply. What can I expect ?

There are no timelines for PFLs since it is so serious. You will get an answer after they have done their due diligence. Can be many months. Ask your lawyer.

Was the degree you submitted fraudulent?

No. I've had studied there and have submitted all the proofs. Also I have a valid WES report.

I received pfl after getting student visa for the same concerns . What your lawyer suggested you to attach in your pfl
