We sent our passports for Canadian visitor visa stamping to VFS NY through the 2-way FEDEX courier on 28/2/2022.
- VFS tracking website shows NO RECORD.
- We paid for SMS tracking but no SMS status updates have been received.
- Helpdesk calls did not help, Twitter helpdesk does not reply, VFS chat does not work.
- Tracking on IRCC Aplication Status shows nothing.
- Emails - no response.
I just hope they did not lose the passports.
