Wes report: "The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential "

My WES Report states "The credential is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential." But also mentions that Canadian equivalency is three years of undergraduate study and it's from a recognized institution but for my studies, it was an engineering study that I didn't complete, and on the report, it was not mentioned incomplete, is there any solution for that ?

You need a complete education to apply. Do a complete diploma/bachelors/masters etc. you can’t use an incomplete program.
