PPR Help for a person on Visitor visa

Hi All,
I got PPR request for my dependent child from Delhi Visa office to submit the passport but she is already in Canada on a Visitor Visa. I raised webform as suggested in Passport request letter and wanted to know that how virtual landing will be done? In how many days they usually respond and one can get e-COPR.
Also do we need to submit photographs?

1-2 months for virtual landing usually.

Thanks for your reply. So do I need to raise webform the New Delhi Visa office or Canada? Also Post virtual landing when we get e-COPR and PR card?
