I am in the same boat with you, guys. My AOR Nov, 2020. SINP Outland. The file was transferred to Winnipeg in January and no movement since there. I wrote them an email in January with updates from my side and asked them about the special circumstances with my case but they didn't answer.

How true is it that only applicants with previous visa refusal or extensive travel history are transferred to Winnipeg VO?

Hey sent out an email to winnipeg. As per their mail most of the files were transferred to vancouver / edmonton on 21st march. Hopefully they start working on the files. Many of them have recieved Ghost updates after the transfer!

As per the trend.. your file might have moved to edmonton! You can call ircc and check.!
