Yes I got FP last Feb 7 2022 it’s second time they asked yes you right if it’s expired in one year they will ask again but not worry it’s normal I am waiting almost more than 2years for citizenship

Hi Guys...Is Updating the tracker status to closed means the certificate has been mailed. Is there any way to check if the oath certificate has been mailed....

Also, if i need emergency passport would you recommend walk in and going ealry etc... or taking emergency appointment.

Now there is an emergency family issue in my home country that I need to go back there. Now I wonder how I can return back.

Is there any solution to follow up with the citizenship process or acquire another document to come back?

Hi Everyone,

You can go to your home country and carry your PRTD document with you and apply for a renewal of PR from your home country, or you can apply on urgent basis and hope you get it within couple of weeks.

Thanks, the thing is that I heaRd that PRTD might take up to 5 months and also there a risk regarding Ukrain situation.

what is your home country. Because of the pandemic, they have an email system for PRTD. You have to email your documents to an email address. In the subject line, if you mention URGENT and explain your story, they will process it in one week.

Hi, I need someone's advice. I received a confirmation last week from the agent IRCC that they have received my finger print but will have to wait for updates to reflect. Today there was a ghost update but no change in anything to complete. Did anyone face the same and how long should I wait to see some changes. what does this mean? Please if someone could provide me their insight. Thank you

Hi again. Just now I received another email requesting for finger print from Sydney office. I already received one on 16th Feb from Vancouver. This was done on the same day and RCMP and IRCC agent confirmed they received. I do not know what is going on. Very confused and stressed.

Please can someone in the forum help me understand what is going on.

Both requests came from the same office? Reply to the 2nd request and explain your situation
