Checking if any one has views whether I should go for Travel Insurance or Health insurance or both for parents visiting me for 3-4 months in Canada as a visitor? Is there a mandate from immigration to have travel insurance? As I think health insurance plans have better coverage plans. Any one who has opted for such plans in GTA and their experiences?

If they are coming on a regular TRV (vs. super visa), then there is no requirement to buy travel health insurance coverage. It's a personal decision whether you buy insurance or not. However it's obviously advisable to buy insurance since hospitalization costs are extremely high for those who are not covered by the provincial health care plan.
Generally you would be buying travel insurance that includes emergency health care treatments.
Sorry! The question is not related to visa application. My fully vaccinated parents are traveling on super visa along with my 13 year unvaccinated sibling. Does anyone has an idea if they will be permitted to Canada?
