I might receive it by March end?
If somebody has bachelors evaluated from WES and wants to evaluate MBA from ICAS (as its distance and high chances of masters consideration from ICAS) Does he have to send both bachelors and masters to ICAS?? or only master?
If that is the case, you can send both for assessment to ICAS, as they are not going to charge anything extra for it.
Rather you may have to spend more on again getting the transcripts from your respective University.
But remember ICAS will take atleast 7-9 months. If you are ready to wait,then go for it.

It has been more than four and a half months, still no change in my status. My other known had already received the hard copy, even after applying much later than me, but mine is stuck.
Can't say what are their criterias for assessment.
One of my friend who had "Placed for Assesment" status in Sep and was having the same timeline as mine only received the file last week. It is based on when all the documents from your and the university end has been fully recieved in and the person evaluating it. Just try to send an email via ICAS portal for the current status and they will let you know when you're file was fully recieved in and what months file are they evaluating now.
