Letter for Biometrics - Immediate
Biometrics completed - October 17, 2021
Applied for super visa through IRCC portal - new system - October 19, 2021

Visitors visa application cancelled by IRCC - January 04, 2022
Medical passed - February 21, 2022

VFS has returned my mother's passport by stating that it's damaged, but I cannot see any damage on this, please suggest what should i do now.

I don't believe you should be worried about anything. The application will be approved soon.

Received PPR for Supervisa from India-(NDVO) after a long wait for parents

Timelines:

1st Application :25Mar2021(withdrawn by IRCC on 29Dec2021). Both parents did medical in Sep2021; however only fathers was updated in Mid Oct2021.

2nd Application : 25Oct2021(Started processing on 29Dec2021 as eligibility review started for both). Fathers medical updated, not mothers.

3rd Application: 14Feb2022- Cancelled on 17Feb2022, while on same day for 2nd application medical request was sent for mom, though it was submitted upfront.

Since it was long wait , contacted clinic in Bangalore regarding my mothers medical. They said everything was fine as far as they see and they asked for new IME medical # as sent by IRCC. They said they have sent email to IRCC to link my mother’s medical on 18Feb2022.

Silence till now.................11Mar2022 – Medical got updated for both as “PASSED”.

11Mar2022: After few hours received BVL and PPR.

Raised VFS webform as it was premium lounge 11MAR2022- Got direct payment link. Paid 2096 INR for 2 way . Received AWB# as well.

civilu4, hope we have to raise the webform directly which links us to the payment? How do you schedule the pickup? Do you have a chance to choose the date? I dont find a way to choose the pickup date

What are the documents you are including in the package?

1. passport with the ppr request
2. Consent form. (only 2 sheets of the consent form. Hope the other 2 sheets are not needed)

Hope we dont need to attach any photos

My big question is, do you get a chance to schedule the pickup and do we have to send photos as well of the applicant?

Yes webform directly takes to payment link now. This is the same question i have in scheduling pick up.. Received AWB # but no option for scheduling. Is it that they come next day or within 5 days something. I have asked someone to confirm, so let's see.

This sentence in AWB states : The package will be collected from the address provided by you while filling the web form in the next 3 to 5 working days.

So within 3-5 days they will pick up, thats what i understand.

To be included
1)Passport
2)PPR letter
3)SMS courier and consent form
4)Vfs consent and biometrics(i am including all pages, but its just the first part to be filled and signed, rest to be left blank)
5)AWB# email, but people say it's not needed, but include the AWB # in from address on the envelope.

So first 4 are mandatory.

that is true, the courier guy from the nearest office will usually call you in 3-4 days and will tell that day he is coming to pick up!

we didn’t include awb number email, but wrote it on envelope (there is no harm in placing an additional paper), we paid on a thursday, next monday it was picked up and the same friday or saturday we got it stamped back

1) if you opt for receiving sms (for tracking passport)while making payment (this service is with an additional charge), you get to fill this form(will be sent to your email id along with awb number email)
2) to address will be mentioned on the email that you receive from vfs after paying for passport pickup n drop off( it will have all details on what to include when you send passport, all the required forms etc)
