Hi,
I was scheduled to have my ceremony on January 17th but never got the details of the ceremony. I even called before and they just told me to wait that maybe even a couple of hours before the ceremony I would receive the details. Nothing came.

ive called them, and send them multiple forms as I still have to hear from them. No one has contacted me not even to tell me I missed my ceremony.
My dashboard looks “In progress” and there hasn’t been any changes to it.
Is anyone in a similar situation? Any recommendations on what to do?
Thanks in advance

What your old ecas says? Did it say they sent you the invitation? If not, probably they have cancelled your oath. If it says they sent you the invitation, there must have been some mix-up in the email address. What they told you when you called them and talked to an agent?

Yes. It says “Decision made” and it says

We sent you a notice on January 13, 2022 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on January 17, 2022 at 1:30 PM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

which I did! I contacted them and to this day… only an automatic message:

Call them and talk to an agent. You won't get an answer using a webform. You may have to try multiple times and wait 40-50 minutes to talk to an agent

On my case, ECAS neither shows "Decision Made" nor stated that line "Have sent an invitation". On the new citizenship tracker it says I've been scheduled. Since I haven't received my oath letter yet, I emailed to my scheduling office and they replied me back saying that they have the record on their system and they'll send me out the invitation letter 1 week prior to the scheduling date.

I did too. Three times so far. They just say they have put a note and the office will contact me. But it’s been 2 months already.
