I am a Canadian PR card holder( not citizen), have been working in the US on H1B for the past 3 years now. I have been in the US for the past 7 years now. I have a completely remote job offer from one of the US firms. Can I work remotely from US on H1B? I will have site visits maybe one every quarter but that’s it. Not much traveling is needed. I know there are tax implications which I am ready to deal with. I want to know if in my LCA, can Toronto be given as my home address? Is there anyone who has or will be doing this? Please let me know. Thank you.
