5. Reads and writes english fluently
6. Has never applied for temporary resident visa with Canada or obtained a Peoples Republic of China
7. Age in the early thirties

Also, you don't mention how much money she earns, or whether she has enough money to pay for her visit.

Also, what's the purpose of the visit?

Assuming she's unmarried and without kids, I'm going to predict she doesn't have sufficient ties overall to convince the Canadian Consulate she would return to China.
