visa renewal

im planning to go home for vacation this coming november and at the same time i need to renew my working visa back home before i get back here in canada,i still have my work permit valid til may 2011,letter from employer and LMO.My problem is my ainp application has been refused,im just wondering if this case will afect my visa renewal when i got home?im afraid that my visa will declined too and never get back here.

Try to consult the lawyer or immigration officer to solved this issue to apply passport.

I am working as a live in caregiver here in ontario with a valid working permit.I am planning to go to the Philippines for a holiday.I want to get a new multiple re entry visa again in coming back here in Canada bcoz my visa will expire before i go home for a vacation. I am presently having a multiple entry visa but soon will be expire. I want to know the requirements and where to file it.Pls. help me.Thank you.
