I am a temporary foreign worker and my existing work permit will expire in August. I have my new LMO and already applied for a new work permit. I am planning to go on vacation in my country in September for a month but my visa was already expired. If I will apply for a new visa now, will I be granted one in case I don't have my new work permit? I hope you can help me on this one..thanks and God bless..
