academic history:
master of laws coursework 84% feb 2011 to dec 2012
bachelor of laws 84% 3.8 cgpa Gold medalist sep 2007 to 2010 sep
B.A 64% sep 2005 to sep 2007
F.a 62% sep 2003 to sep 2005
metriculation 70% sep 2001 to sep 2003
diploma in corporate and commercial laws
diploma in business and labour laws
advocate high court pakistan
advocate lower court pakistan
2.5 years practicing experience in a firm
1 year teaching experience
IELTS 7
personal account $34000
mother certificates $55000
father account $34000
personal house $80000
my total expense in canada is $37000
no criminal history
what do you think my chances are for the visa, m applying in canadian high commission islamabad

u will get visa easily. Just show how this course help u in pakistan. And u do not get visa then visa officer must be mad.

Sir I respect your profession and I like our chief justice Iftekar Mohd Chudery Sahab..

As far as my knowledge and One of My cousin went to UK for studying LAW because UK's LAW is the BEST .. even one of my cousin's friend who came to UK from CANADA for studying LAW .... As you have enough money and you can get better law education in UK !! my personal advice to change your destination from canada to UK ... and lawyers can easily get UK residency easily ... ONLY UK allows easy residency ... Yes if you want to move permanently in Canada then apply in special immigration option for lawyers to canada and get your PR with in 8 months ...

Do you plan to pursue PHd in law (with full funding) after this Master of laws research at Dalhousie and join academics?

hey thanks for your reply brother yes i have completed my application all form and documents accordingly, plz tell me in which order should i place my documents? i was thinking to put my documents in order of the checklist, secondly yes i hope to pursue my phd and then return back to pakistan and start my own intellectual property law firm. i have my file ready just going to apply in the first week of may in shaa Allah....... thanks again brother......... for your kind and immediate response
