Hi, my dad filed a PRTD under H&C in July 2023 but still has not heard back after half a year. The online portal just says submitted. Does anyone know what the processing time is supposed to be for H&C? Is there a phone number that we can call to ask about the status? Thanks for any info.

Can be up to 1+ years. There is not set up timeline. How many days has he spent in Canada in the past 5 years? When did he get PR and how much has he spent in Canada since getting PR. What are his general H&C reasons? Does he have a US visa?'
