So you are the employer who applied for an employee? PR supported LMIA may take longer because it is not dual intent. What is NOC?
My Dual intent lmia application submitted on Dec 09 is still in a queue. ESDC is currently processing mid-nov applications. Probably a few more weeks in my case.

My employer has filed dual intent LMIA this month, May 2024. As per above discussion the application filed on December 9, 2023 still in queue, even after 6 months.
My one year work experience will be completed on 6 July and PGWP will expire on 20 August, 2024. These is no chance that I will get before that. My CRS will be 520 only after getting LMIA.
Should I file for express entry before that and update it later on. Do they upgrade immediately or it also takes time.

I thought the same as my score is 490 without LMIA, but my lawyer suggested not updating the express entry profile because that's a misrepresentation. Also, you can not change LMIA related fields once you receive ITA.

But, your company can expedite the process, or you can apply for a work permit extension with payment receipt of your dual intent LMIA.
