Im renewing both my son's and my PR cards at the moment. Just have two questions:
1. Do I need to register a new account to send out the online application for my son or should I just use mine to do the same for my son?
2. When I was trying to pay the PR card renewal fee, it wouldn't let me do it by saying my login information wasn't correct, but Im sure the information I was putting in was correct as it is the same as my account login information. Any thoughts?
