I received P1 from VO Montreal on April 19 and I'm still waiting for P2. So, no reason to panic (just yet) - I will update here as soon as I get P2.

Hello, I received my p1 on April 9th, p2 on April 30th, and Ecopr on May 3rd. My CIC account was also updated to approved and we downloaded our eCOPR.
Today I received PR portal link again. It is not a photo update request, it is a completely new line asking for confirmation of being in Canada and uploading a photo. My previous link is still under review and it seems an administrative error. Does anybody have the same experience?
