PGWP / Alberta Accelerated Tech Pathaway for PR

Hi, I am a Software Engineering graduate in Calgary. Has anyone applied for Alberta Accelerated Tech Pathaway?

I recently graduated but I don't have a job offer yet. I did well in IELTS and I did a 1.5 year Co-Op. My sister is a Canadian citizen. Accordingly, my CRS score is 490. I am planning to apply for my PGWP soon.

Can I apply for Alberta Accelerated pathaway or do I need a job to be eligible to apply?

For tech pathway, you need a job offer so not eligible. Job offer is mandatory. Look at regular AINP EE stream.
