Your father should electronically sign the form. Since he is in Vietnam, he can do it with help of your friend. You have to guide them where to sign electronically.

Guys so all the Sponsor Imm application forms and supporting documents must be upload on to the Principal applicant Permanent residence portal account?

For IM0149 DETAILS OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT
Both my parents have government employment history but in the portal I can only add one form.
How can I add a second for my mom? Anyone else face this problem?

For IMM5768e, it does not allow signature.
I have done following
1. Print as PDF
2. Sign using Signature panel in Adobe PDF
3. Upload

Most people seem to be suggesting print and sign but I find above more convenient. Can this causes issues?

Hi guys a follow up question. So for the back side of the photo is it okay if the studio details are written by us as photographer refused to write it himself.

Also is there any specific format in which we want the back side picture taken. Is it okay if I just upload the back side as a scan?

I can't remember what did I use to submit interest form. Either it was Canadian passport or Canadian citizenship certificate ( I became Canadian in 2005).
How can I find out what document I used?

Hi Chintan,

I do also have another question on form. On a Financial Evaluation forms, there is a page I need to print out, signed and scanned. Since I could not combine them together can I upload them both? Original form will be blank and the page is signed also will be uploaded. Is this okay?
