non-resident status question

Dear members,

I have a question with regards to the residency status for tax purpose.

I landed as PR in 2022 and only stayed there for 3.5 months ( I returned to my home country)

I have a bank account, credit card account as well as sin number. I used the debit card and credit card while in canada, and a few times after I left Canada. Have not yet changed the bank account to non-resident account

I did not have any income from employment nor investments during those 4 months.
I did not apply for driver licence nor ohip.
I did not apply for any social benefits.
I did not own any properties.
no any other significant ties or secondary ties as I checked the canada official website for determining the residency status.

In this case, Am I considered a non-resident of Canada?

Do I still need to file NR73 to determine my residency status? Is it not recommended to file NR73 when you have no intention to return to Canada as they might scrutinize the current situation?

Do I still need to file tax for year 2022 (maybe year 2023 as well?) even though I have zero income? does bank interests (maybe 3 dollars ) count?

Thank you so much for reading this. Appreciate your advice
