No update on citizenship for over 1 years

Last updates I received was citizenship test in January 2023. Since then i have not received anything.
i called and sent out web forms but no positive response.

Just to confirm is your background still in progress? If yes, your application is stuck in security screening. You can apply for GCMS Notes to know more.

On top of GCMS notes, I think you should also request for CSIS notes, especially if your BG is stuck
