I have done engineering in Information technology back in 2008 and is working as a TESTER for telecom domain with a total exp of 3yrs 8 months.
I would like to know the below:-
a) Any agency /consulatant with high success rate.
b) IS quebec a good place to live.
c) how long does the whole process take to get the PR as from some post I cab see people filed there case back in 2010 and are getting response no in 2012.
My present location is pune (india)
