My visa expires in 3months do i get implied status if i apply for skilled worker?

Hello I have 2 questions

1. My visa expires end of July. My work has given me a job offer to apply for skilled worker. If I apply and don't get a result by July will I be able to stay and wait for the result?

2. If i am accepted do I have to stay at that job and in that position to stay in Canada or can I move positions after some time?

1. Apply for what? So you have an approved LMIA? A job offer doesn’t allow you to apply for a work permit.
2. Accepted for what? If you have a LMIA and are applying for a closed work permit, you can only work for that employer.
